INSTITUTIONAL ENTITY & ISO 9001:2015
Entity, governance, and compliance built to a serious-manufacturer standard — including ISO 9001:2015 certification. The foundation a capital-intensive business needs before it can scale or raise.
Harpreet Singh understood how power backup products are engineered and sold internationally. RAAYS Venture partnered as a co-founding builder to build the enterprise around his expertise — from entity structure, capital and plant build to direct-to-consumer brand positioning.
“I knew the product and the export markets. RAAYS built everything around it — the structure, the capital, the go-to-market. I couldn’t have built this alone.”
Harpreet Singh didn’t come to entrepreneurship from a pitch deck. He came from the factory floor and the export desk. He built his career at Su-Kam, rising to Head of Exports. Between a deep technical engineering background and years selling Indian-made power products into global markets, he understood two things most founders never learn: how the product is actually built, and how it actually sells abroad.
What he didn’t have was a company of his own and the structure, capital, and go-to-market engine it takes to build one.
Leaving a senior corporate role to found a manufacturer is one of the hardest starts in business. Manufacturing is asset-heavy, working-capital-hungry, and compliance-heavy from day one. Most technically brilliant founders stall exactly here — they can build the product, but not the business around it.
A real corporate entity, ISO certifications, factory compliance, and governance a serious manufacturer requires.
A defensible position in a market dominated by legacy names like Luminous, Microtek, V-Guard, and Exide.
The plant funding and operating-capital lines that capital-intensive manufacturing scale-ups run on.
A way to reach buyers directly, rather than relying exclusively on traditional distributor chokeholds.
This is the exact gap RAAYS Venture exists to close.
RAAYS didn’t advise from the sidelines. Under Abhishek Khurana & Lalit Kapoor's mentorship — and as a co-founding partners — RAAYS helped build Invertek Energy across the full lifecycle: [Diagnose → Formalize → Build → Fund], extending out through marketing and GTM.
Entity, governance, and compliance built to a serious-manufacturer standard — including ISO 9001:2015 certification. The foundation a capital-intensive business needs before it can scale or raise.
A manufacturer-direct position — Invertek's core competitive moat — instead of competing on distributor shelves. A product roadmap spanning five lines and 46 SKUs: RAPID+ Home UPS, SUN PRO Solar Hybrid PCUs, the LiUPS lithium inverter, PRETON+ LiFePO4 batteries, and the LiPCU solar PCU — deliberately positioned to move the market from legacy tubular batteries to lithium.
A 25,000 sq ft facility with roughly 180,000-unit annual capacity across three semi-automated lines. Harpreet's export background turned into real reach: exports to 15+ countries, OEM manufacturing for 30+ brands, and a Dubai office.
Capital deployed and working-capital lines arranged to fund a capital-intensive manufacturing build — structuring raw material procurement, trade finance, and production liquidity.
A direct-to-consumer brand and e-commerce engine built for high-ticket trust buyers — Indian homeowners choosing a brand they'll live with for years. SEO, conversion optimization, and category positioning against the incumbents with brand ambition.
Structure and ambition pull talent. Invertek's bench includes former CTO of Su-Kam, CFO of WPA and the kind of pedigree that only joins a business built to last.
Today, Invertek Energy is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer operating a 25,000 sq ft plant, exporting to 15+ countries, manufacturing for 30+ OEM brands, and selling direct to Indian homeowners across five product lines — built from a founder’s expertise and RAAYS’s full-stack partnership.
That’s the model, proven: from a job, to a fully structured, strategised, funded, and marketed manufacturing business.
“Structure first, capital after, then scale. That’s not a service pitch; it’s the model working in the flesh.”
— ABHISHEK KHURANA, RAAYS VENTURERAAYS doesn’t write a cheque and leave. With Invertek, RAAYS co-built the business and put its own capital on the line. If you have deep technical or domain expertise but lack the company structure, operating capital, and go-to-market engine around it, that’s exactly the gap RAAYS closes.
